A graduate of the University of Washington with a decade of experience in the salon industry, Emily Goodrich joined the Gary Manuel Salon team as Human Resources Leader in 2009. "Being a part of Gary Manuel Salon allows me to merge my love for business and being involved in the world of beauty and fashion," says Emily, who also loves animals and volunteers with various Seattle animal rescue programs. As part of that work, she has fostered animals until they were adoptable ("...at times my home is like a zoo or a pet store").
More than anything, though, Emily loves to travel. She is always planning her next adventure and, she says, "Would jump at the chance to go anywhere!" With such an adventurous nature, Emily often spends her days off exploring the Seattle area with her husband and their rescue dog, Charlie. Other hobbies include shopping, spending time with family, and reading great books.
