Lindsey was first drawn to Gary Manuel Salon because she strongly believes in continuing education in order to master one's skills. Affiliated with Gary Manuel since 2004, she recently returned to Seattle from Boston, where she built a training program for another salon. In addition to her work as a designer, Lindsey is an instructor at both Phase 3 and the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute, divisions of Gary Manuel Salon that serve as advanced training grounds for some of the beauty industry's hottest new talents.
"I love to constantly learn new techniques and to spend quality time with guests," says Lindsey, who is an Aveda Cutting Purefessional. Her approach to great hair design includes customizing her work to compliment her clients' face shape and personal style. A New York Fashion Week participant, Lindsey also has a unique talent for in-depth cutting with long and curly hair. Her customized updo hair styles have been featured in both American Salon and Modern Salon magazines.
