Part of the Gary Manuel team since 2007, Monica brings a diverse background in cosmetics, coffee, and non-profit work to her present position as Human Resources Leader for both Gary Manuel Salon and the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute. When not shuttling between the two, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and pursuing her passion for education and lifelong learning.

'I love that Gary Manuel is an industry leader, cares about the environment, and is dedicated to making people feel good about themselves,' she says. With a Bachelors degree in business management from Seattle University and experience gained at the Aveda Business College, Monica is also enjoying two of her other loves: meeting talented people, and providing excellent customer service.
