State guidelines regarding reopening were recently released, and we are busy finalizing our protocols to make your next visit both a safe and enjoyable one. 

We will be adjusting our space and training our team on our updated safety and sanitation procedures to prepare for your return. As soon as a reopen date is announced, we will be contacting you to reschedule appointments that were missed due to the closure.


Here’s what to expect:



  • Please arrive within five minutes of appointment

  • We ask that you wear an ear loop style mask so that it doesn’t interfere with your cut or color service

  • A temperature check and health questionnaire will be done

  • Both guests and stylists will wash hands prior to beginning service


Keep in Mind

  • We have strict capacity guidelines, so please arrive alone

  • Changing rooms are closed so please arrive in appropriate wear for cut and/or color; i.e. no hoodies, turtlenecks, high collars, etc.

  • Beverage service and magazines will be temporarily discontinued

  • We will be observing touch-less greetings and farewells

  • Hand treatments as well as neck and shoulder treatments at the chair are temporarily discontinued

  • Please limit the items you bring with you and avoid large handbags, backpacks, etc.


How Are You Feeling?

  • If experiencing cough, fever or other Covid-19 related symptoms you will be asked to reschedule

  • If these symptoms are experienced prior to arrival or you have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please call/email to reschedule within 24-hours of your reservation

  • Employees will be screened for symptoms at the beginning of each shift


Standards and Extra Measures

  • Employees will be wearing masks, face shields, gloves and aprons, as appropriate for current guidelines and service provided

  • Please observe the 6 feet social distancing guidelines, whenever possible

  • Stations will be sanitized before and after each service

  • Tools will be sanitized after each guest service

  • Thorough and frequent hand washing will be done

  • Common areas and restrooms will be cleaned throughout the day

  • We will not be blow-drying, at least through Phase 2, to avoid particles from circulating in the air. In lieu of blow-drying, we will offer a complimentary Botanical Therapy treatment ($30 value)

  • If receiving a haircut only, and prefer that your cut be done dry, please arrive with freshly shampooed, dry hair

  • When possible, checkout, product purchase and rebooking will be done at the chair during your service

  • Payment with credit/debit card or PayPal is preferred at this time
